Cruiser Racing will be run under the North East Rating Rule (NERR) in Regatta Week 2006. All boats entering the cruiser class (Class A&B) will need a valid NERR certificate. The NERR system is similar to IRC however it is run by volunteers and certificates are issued free of charge. Please read the Information Document and fill in the measurement form and submit to the Secretary to receive a NERR rating.
