    2020 has begun like no other and the last 12 months have indeed been an 'annus horribilis'.     New Buoys for 2020

    New marker buoys have been sourced for the 2020 sailing season. For years a varierty of markers have been used including painted and numbered oil drums. These have always been prone to coming adrift during poor weather and in some sea conditions hard to see. It is hoped that these new ones will be a significant improvement.

    New Regatta Trophy

    Kindly arranged by Gerard Dyson and David Podmore there is a new contemporary trophy for the inaugural Sportsboat Class new for the 2020 Regatta. Its hoped that this will bring more visitors to regatta and increase sailing from the harbour.
