Tolmount to Easington Pipeline Construction

1. INTRODUCTION
Mariners are advised that Saipem Ltd will be performing offshore construction works, including
pipelay activities, on behalf of Premier Oil Limited on the proposed Tolmount Area Development
located in block 42/28d of the Southern North Sea, approximately 50km North East of Easington,
Humberside. The works will be performed on the Tolmount to Easington pipeline route which is
approximately 48 km in length and is located in the North Sea east of Bridlington. The pipeline will
terminate offshore at the Minimum Facilities Platform (MFP) location.
